Shipping
Delivery charges vary a lot depending on the type of goods. Distance, Size, Weight, Item value are important factors to estimate delivery charges. Some products are delivered for free, while some are charged. Our usual minimum delivery fee is between R50 & R300. Remember, it is very important to message our agents before you place an order, so that you can get the exact delivery cost of the goods you want to purchase.
3-5 Days within Gauteng & 5-10 Days outside of Gauteng. Items that are manufactured from scratch usually take 10-30days, or even more days as this will depend on the item type & quantities.
Contact our support to check if the specific goods you are planning to order have same-day delivery. This will depend on your address and the type of goods. Extra charges may apply on goods that you need quicker than our standard delivery schedule. Make sure that you order the exact item that you need in order to avoid returns & exchange, we are always here to guide you through the process.
Payment
We accept safe card payments through various credible payment gateways / channels. You are also welcome to request a bank account if you need to make a cash deposit or electronic transfer.

After you order, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will be notified if there are any delivery delays. Expect to get an email notifying you of your delivery – one day before & on the day of the delivery.

Changes

– Emergency Orders Delivered in 24 Hours should be changed within 1-2 hours.
– Orders Delivered in 3-5 Days should be changed within 24 hours.
– Orders Delivered in 5-10 Days should be changed within 2 days.
– Orders Delivered in 10-30 Days should be changed within 5 days.
If you change or add a few items after the specified time, extra handling & transportation fee “may” be charged depending on the amount of work already executed on your order. Amending your order “might” also delay your delivery.
Send us a message and also state if someone will be receiving it on your behalf. You should also give full information about your goods to your third-party recipient. Give us the full names, phone numbers, and ages of your recipient.
